How long will it take to receive my order?
That actually depends on where you are located. Once we receive payment for the items purchased, "WE SHIP THE SAME DAY, if possible - from Charlotte, NC. Most have received their merchandise/items within 3 - 7 business days, no later than 10 days of receiving payment. If for any reason your package has not reached you within 10 days of us receiving your order, Customer Service will put a trace on it - and resolve any mix ups. (*Of course, personal checks will need 10 days to clear - before item (s) are shipped!)

What are your Return Policies?
Return Policy: In order to return merchandise, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained from our Customer Service Department: ( CS@Square1Publishing.com ) Unopened merchandise may be returned in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt. A refund will be issued LESS any shipping/gift wrapping or insurance charges. Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee ONLY IF: Merchandise is returned WITHOUT an RMA number, IF Merchandise is returned AFTER 30 days, IF Merchandise is not returned in original, manufacturers condition. We require the following information to process your return.
